Sometimes FedEx have delays; these delays will not be refunded by FedEx if the package is delivered on the 2nd Day. If the package is delivered by FedEx the 2nd day is okay to consume since we pack them to be okay for 48 hours. If the product is spoiled, or Damage please let us know within 24 hours of the delivery date to claim a refund. No refunds will be issued if your complaint is not filed within 24 hours of delivery.
2nd Day packages are shipped Monday-Wednesday.
Recipient should be home to accept packages. The shipper will release the packages if the recipient is not home; please choose your ship date carefully. Simply Nova will not be responsible for items delivered but not opened, packages released or packages that are spoiled, stolen, or destroyed by pets or animals. Please make sure someone will be there to accept the packages.
Please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipping. All items may not always ship together.
Credit will not be granted if items are discarded or partially consumed.
We can only deliver to a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O's or F.P.O's.
All orders will be sent via FedEx. All perishable items will arrive next day and all semi-perishable items will arrive within 2 days to all locations. If delivery is unsuccessful, delivery and redelivery charges will apply.
Perishables Packages delayed for more than 24 hours from the delivery date will be fully refunded or resend it if customer wishes.
